Working closely with all project stakeholders, we developed a two-track renovation plan to best compensate for the resulting delays. This required flexible adjustments to workflows and close coordination among all parties involved. Through collective coordination, rapid decision-making, and structured construction scheduling, parallel processes were efficiently managed and optimized.
