To level the varying floor heights, extensive leveling measures were implemented. For the technical infrastructure, we carried out targeted core drilling and routed piping all the way to the underground parking garage and adjacent basement areas. The cross-sections of the new pipes were optimally dimensioned to best meet the requirements of the fitness facility. Due to a lack of storage space, construction site logistics were handled via direct delivery and removal, ensuring a smooth construction process.","The project involved combining several units on different levels within an existing space. The exceptionally high ceilings and the lack of storage and waste disposal areas posed additional logistical challenges. In addition, a suitable sewer connection first had to be located and installed.
