Innovative design for a familiar brand: Projekt Kraft realizes Ernsting's family in Freiburg

We are delighted to have completed another project for the clothing retailer Ernsting's family. With the completion of construction work on the new Landwasser local shopping center in Freiburg's West district, we have jointly created a modern, functional space that invites people to shop and linger.

Our aim was to cause as little disruption as possible to the operation of the surrounding stores and the living in the new apartments during the construction phase. Our team ensured a pleasant environment for residents and neighboring facilities through precise planning and targeted noise minimization.

In addition, access to the new branch was made barrier-free with a wheelchair-accessible elevator to the upper floor in order to meet the requirements for disabled access.

As general contractor, we were responsible for all trades involved in the interior fit-out and, with our experienced team, were able to ensure that the project was completed on time and to everyone's complete satisfaction. In just four weeks, a complete fit-out was created on an area of 230 m², which met the diverse requirements down to the smallest detail.

The opening was more than just a job for our team - it was an opportunity to help shape our home city of Freiburg and create added value for the people here.
